The Spring

Chap Goh Meh is tomorrow! Chinese New Year is nothing so special to me every year. But I’m glad that there is such festival because I can use this excuse to buy new clothes without hesitating. :)

1st day of CNY, my ex-neighbors of almost 10 years came over. These 3 little girls will make me smile instantly everytime I see them. The way they speak are far more mature than their age. Sometimes, I even give up in debating with them because they make me speechless. Anyhow, I like them :)

DSC00048  This is the nth shot because the size of my face is extremely huge. Sigh. This picture still looks big ==

Didn’t go to temple on the first day of CNY because we were busy as people came over for visiting and we’re tired as well. So on the 2nd day of CNY, we went to temple during the day and visiting to relatives’ houses after that. At night, my high school girls came over. :)

All of us. Tired day and night but I was happy because I think I know how to swim a LIL. LOL

3rd day of CNY, went to KL for visiting. That was my first time driving down to KL seriously. I had 2 sessions of lunch within 3 hours. == Nice dishes in both houses but I was very full after my 1st lunch. My aunty told me it’s not nice rejecting someone’s offer during CNY since my relatives had already prepared the dishes and bowls of rice in front of us. So, I ate.

Before we left, aunty from Australia gave me this. So happy since I’m a chocolate addict. This chocolate is not cheap either in local. So, I AM VERY HAPPY :D

4th day of CNY, visiting as usual and went to the temple near my place. At night, Fe came over. :) She’s eating non stop because my mum and aunty were serving her non stop. Went swimming after that.

Lucky enough to get this straight in a row wey Tan Pui Sze :D

5th day of CNY, Jiaqi came over to visit me. After that we headed to Chu’s house for steamboat. First time having steamboat on the floor. LMAO. Gambling after eating. My luck was BAD enough that I only bet 5 cents for a round. Smack me =.= I was good enough to get back my capital during the morning. LOL.

6th day of CNY, visiting again and gambling. I think these are the usual stuff we do during CNY. No pictures taken due to laziness.

7th day of CNY – yan yat (Everyone’s birthday).

After lou sang, both of us went to pick up Bee Shin. Took quite some time for me to pick her up because I had no idea where is her new place. Went to Fe’s open house. Met up with some of my TBF mates too.

The next day, 8th day of CNY, spent most of my day preparing for prayers – Bai Tin Gong. A simple one this year because we only managed to burn joss sticks. No sugar canes and paper made materials. Missing the atmosphere actually.

The 2nd week of CNY, no more visiting perhaps, outings replaced it because I promised myself that I had to enjoy my life to the fullest before Uni starts – all the way to Mid Valley just for dinner; movie; shopping; The Library for alcohol; beer session; pool session; crying session, all sum up my week. I really wish this is my never ending life even Uni life begins. Unfortunately, it has to stop. =(

To wrap up this, Happy Chap Goh Meh. Hope all of you haven spend all your angpow money! =P
