A big transformation to our centre is demanded by our head as our growth has dropped from 100 over percent to a steady 70 percent which secures us the 2nd poor performing centre in Klang valley. We have only 2 more months to go in order to catch up the other centres to achieve better growth. Exactly, only two more months. We’re no longer in teams. We have no specific manager to be reported to. We are asked to follow the workflow of the top performing centre where all of them are dumped into a big pool processing everyone’s cases which I think this is going to be a mess.
It depends how much effort you have put in to excel the business and not by total imitation. Hopefully this implementation will bring some improvement. Please don’t make weekend as a working day. Or else, most of them rather giving up than follow your instructions for the benefit of the company.
It will never work perfectly.
