Skytrek Shah Alam

I was forced by Wong Kah Kei to this Skytrek thing in Shah Alam. She asked me to join her bunch of friends and ask my friends along at the same time because there will be discount by going in groups of more than 10. Sadly, ALL my friends couldn't make it. Some going Australia, some going Taiwan, some working and some just rejected me without giving me reasons. :(

Tuesday was the day and it gave me a shock due to the number of cars, and the number of people my friends managed to call. :S

7 cars - the bunch of humans

The Utarians

And somehow I love this picture:D Thanks to whoever who pushed her down :D

The Assuntarians!

Along the way, the couple

While waiting for briefing

After a short briefing, that’s the time we had to begin our challenge. I could hear the heartbeat of myself because I had phobia in heights. :S

The safety kits they helped us to wear it on. There are carabiners and pulley to keep us safe in the air.

The first trial challenge was to climb up the stairs. A short stairs yet I felt impatient to complete the task. After that,

We had to proceed to this thing. The gap was huge and every single step was unsteady. My legs were shaky and I was stuck In the middle because I was afraid of it. ZZZ

From the above, we need to fly over and aim this spider web. This took a lot of our energy because we had to force ourselves to climb up the reaching point.

The trial is accomplished after this mini flying fox.

The crowd. Everybody was amazed by the basic practices before we continue to the real challenge.

Me!!!! :P In fact my legs were shaky while snapping this. :S

After completed the trial, we are headed to the real challenge. Please see the height. It’s actually 12m from the ground. Once you’re up there, that’s it. Die! But there is this thing called “The Chicken Exit”. If you’re those timid person and doesn’t have the guts to complete the task, that’s the way for you to waste your money! :P

The view from the top

The netting or the so called “bridge” to reach to the other side.

Another 7m of climbing stairs and there you go, the zig zag bridge

After this challenge, we were supposed to head on a pole crossing thing. BUT, while some of us waiting for out turns in some other challenges before reaching this POLE CROSSING thing, we heard a loud breaking sound- The pole was broken by a guy :S SO, some unluky people like ME had to do FLYING FOX instead of the pole crossing challenge. Here, one of my friends started to cry and scream. That made all of us even more frightened.
At this time, my legs started to cramp and numb. Partly because I was afraid of the flying fox. Undoubtedly, I was hungry. The whole activity lasted about 6 hours in total and I only had cereals for my breakfast. :(

After that, we had to walk on these unstable poles. Due to my hunger and excitement of getting food, I actually swung over without walking on it. LOL. Ok la, I was afraid of this challenge too. :P I need to finish it as fast as I could.

We headed on this: err I don’t know what is this called. Well basically we had to swing ourselves to each step of the shaky wood using the ropes there.

A few flying fox before we reached this final netting. YAY! Mission accomplished! :D

A final group photo before we leave

Bye! This is a good life experience and a place to overcome your fear of height. Something came across to my mind while doing this challenge in the air: We have to continue doing in what we’re doing and there’s no turning back in lifetime. What we can do is to overcome it by continuing all the challenges ahead and move forward to meet our goal.

-

To boost up our energy after hours of strong exercise, we went to Klang for Bak Kut Teh. Obstacles ahead because the shop we’re headed too was closed and they had to figure some other places to eat.

Ciao!

I am lazy to give further details because I have a lot of things to blog! So forgive me. :) Overall, we did enjoy ourselves and the Bak Kut Teh was nice. :)

A picture of life

I do that, because I feel comfortable
I do that naturally, because it's like a habitual thing
I do that, because I feel there is no harm
But in the end, sometimes, recall back, I can't find a point why am I doing that.

I don't feel good.

Heineken

I am always the one who complain to my mum that I definitely need a job this holiday. Due to my long winded and constant complaints to her, she came up with this convo with me for a few days:

mum: yy u want to work?
me: yeala!
mum: i will find u a job in a bank. I noe XXX. Ask XXX to give u something to do. blablablabla
me: NOOO! (Because I don't want to work for a 5 day week job, plus, I need a high pay salary for the job per day XD) To reject her, I had to blablablablabla
mum: ok, then u want to work as wat?
me: errr promoter? XD
mum: (her turn to blablablalblabla) because she doesnt let me to stand whole day for the job, but i only work for weekends! zzz

Finally, she gave up in persuading me. After a few days, my friend asked me to be the Heineken girl in Mid Valley. Without hesistating, I promised her. Plus the salary is quite high for a not so long duration. Yeah I'm done with 1 side! The next step is I need to persuade my next side, my
mum. :S

me: mummy, I got a job
mum: as?
me: err. mid valley, promoter, RMXXX per day. very good wan blablablabla
mum: err ok la. what brand r u promoting this time?
me: errr. hei-ne-ken

mum: @.@ beer ah? need wear wat? how wan? blablablabla

She thought I had to wear something like this in a supermarket. ZZZ

Actually, the uniform is decent enough to promote the brand in Mid Valley. The effect will be like this HAHAHA :P

So I tried to explain to her in details. Finally she agreed. While arranging the training session with my friend on the next day, this convo came up:
-

me: eh y u din call XXX XXX to work?
my fren: we're finding girls who are 21 and above and she's just only 19
me: *speechless* *numb* *a BIG sweat* I'm 19. ZZZ
-

My money just flew away in a blink of eyes. Le sigh.
-
Will be updating soon my next post! :)

I do not have the rights to have high expectation

Results are out. I think my title says it all.

The one I put the most effort, the one I have the most confidence, well I didn't get a grade that I am expecting all the while.

The one that I am totally hopeless on, the one I thought I WILL fail, the only subject that I didn't sleep due to studying, is the highest grade and mark I got among all.

In conclusion: I shall not have any high expectation on anything so that I will get a great satisfaction in the end LOL.

Food Enjoyment

I may be small, but I can eat like a sumo wrestler :P Well too exaggerating I guess. I can eat a lot la, just like my friends say my stomach is elastic. Whenever I'm chatting or texting with my friends, for sure the EAT word will pop out in the middle and keep them waiting for my reply. Pretty true? :P However I will take quite a long time to finish my meal. Most of them who have meals with me have to wait for my turn to finish mine.Very true? :P

To compensate the lack of enjoyment, eating is the best way. Yes? No? Well for me I think it is. I feel sad for small eaters because they will never have the passionate emotions when they're having a meal. Just a little bit of food and they will get their stomach bloated. They will never have the ooo aaa ohhhh yummmm feel when they consume something. I love to eat food as well as I love to see food. My eyes will be as wide as the sea. Cannot resist la when I see food. Can you? :)

get my point? :)

wish to throw everything in the soup base don't you?

hey hey you owe me :P

When I am down and out, when I am high and flying, food will be my best friend. Of course, eating will not reach the best if you're eating alone. Companions while eating will add points to the enjoyment.

Finally, bear with the consequences of gaining weight after eating. :) I will stop here. No more ideas to continue. More updates coming up! Tata.

Updates!

Just a brief continuation of my PD trip. 2 weeks back, 3 cars headed to PD as a chilling source since we had finished our finals. I am lazy to go into details about the trip. Of course there was happiness and sadness during the whole trip. Of course, photos of happy faces were only snapped.

In the lift

Our first meal in PD.

Liquors, a great source of laughing and... crying

Eagle Ranch!

The last group picture before we left

I'm not as active as before in updating here. Partly because the blogging mojo is gone plus I was busying shifting! The whole process of shifting house was tedious and exhausted. My room is in the terrible mess and this makes me keep on procrastinating in arranging everything. Ironing is even like an uphill for me. I really don't know how long I need to leave my pile of clothes on the floor. Who wants to be my maid to help me ironing? :)

:(

In the midst of tiredness and moodiness, Kit Yee got me the chocolate I'm craving for a long long time! She asked her bf to get that in Langkawi. Thanks alot for your thoughtfullness. Greatly appreciate it. :D Of course, not to forget Joyce's bf who was once thinking of getting the chocolate for me. I know that. Thanks! :)

Justify Full
Wheeeeeee :D

I will leave my own world soon once I settle everything at my new house. Then Tai Yong Yong is free for everyone of you! Outings! Here I come! :D

Yes It's Ironic

We ignore the ones who adore us,
adore the ones that ignore us,
love the ones who hurt us
and
hurt the ones who love us

Got this from Ee Shan's blog and I fully agree with it. That's all I want to share. :)

PD

Spending 3 days and 2 nights at PD starting from last Friday. Unforgetable trip. Too many things happened during these 3 days. The emotions are hardly to be said with words. Dot.

Undescribable feeling

Location: Starbucks, Assunta Hospital
Time: 4pm

When I walked into Starbucks, as usual the barista took my order, received the payment, prepared the drink and served it to me. He suddenly popped up questions to me:

He: Hey you came here for visiting?
Me: Erm yea, visiting my aunty
He: Owh you're here quite early
Me: (I didn't realise whether he was asking me or making a statement, plus I really staying at the hospital for a long duration, so I gave him a YES)
He: I saw you walking passed Starbucks this morning.
Me: (Paused for a moment) Owh is it? @.@

My companion
-
My aunty who is staying with me was admitted to hospital yesterday night. Restless night. Thank God she is fine now. I needed someone who could keep me occupied so that I won't be so pessimistic. The very first person who came across my mind to contact was the expected one. However something held me back not to trouble him. Plus most of them are busying with their work and finals. So Felicia was the target that I hit on. Thanks a lot. And thanks for consoling me in msn people.

Need, Want and Demand

It's November now! 1 more month to the end of 2009. The unexpected and sudden decision about my study life has led me to Monash. I WANT a major in banking and finance. That is why I'm at there. Life has undergone a 360 degrees change since I enter there. Studying is getting tougher, assignments are dragging me to the lost world, excellent grades are losing grips from my palm.
-
Honestly, I will be missing Monash for this coming 3 months break. I won't be able to see someone whom I wish to see all the while. Hopefully the person is staying for me next year in Sunway XD
-
Anyway, a few things that inspired me to do during this 3 months break:
The first thing that came across to my mind was shopping! I WANT to expand my wardrobe clothings! Well I'm waiting for all of you all to finish the finals and join me the shophaholic world! =)

According to my friends, my stomash is very elastic. It is the measurement of responsiveness of the quantity of food in my stomach XD. I WANT scrumptious food! I WANT everything that is nice and fill in my stomach at the same time and reach the maximum elasticity of my stomach! =)

I NEED to have a great shout! I WANT karaoke! Though I don't know most of the Chinese songs, but I will join the crowd but shouting! Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do ~~~ lalala~

I am DEMANDing for a new camera! Recently I spotted one affordable model from Sony. After a great scan from the Sony retailer yesterday, my final thought is NOT TO BUY that model. It looks bulky and the quality of picture is not as good as what I expected. So I switched my target to the nicer ones but at the same time, my budget has switched. =S Wong Kah Kei, I need your professional advice :P

My purchasing power is slightly better this month. Backed by purchasing power, obviously I will DEMAND a new specs! After tonnes of criticism, there's nothing that will hold me back to change a new specs! :P Who is available to accompany me? I need comments on my new frame though =)

Of course, I WANT trips.

I NEED some time to have a peace in mind. Try to reflect what had actually made us smile and cry in the day. We will never know what is going to happen tomorrow. Do not do things that will make yourself to regret in your life. Appreciate what God has given to us.

Lastly, I WANT eyebag free! I WANT dark circles free! So I NEED to sleep now! Night. =)

Freedom

Law is over! :D
I AM DONE! EXAM IS OVER! OFF FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS! :D
Yesterday was too exhausted to update. Last paper, money and capital market, finished at around 11.40am.

That's the only paper in this semester that:

I didn't sleep at all the day before to study
I left the examination hall earlier
I'm afraid of the passing probability

They might find the paper was easy to those who took this subject. To me, it's just the reverse case. I am just hoping for a Pass. I will put much more effort if I pass this subject since I am going to major in banking and finance. Praying hard.

Singing plan was cancelled yesterday because I didn't have the energy to SHOUT. Instead, they pulled me along for shopping. ZZZ. Looked like a dead person completely during the day. What more at night? Evening, headed to KTZ at SS2 for tong sui while waiting for my another session with friends.

Jiaqi phoned me about the plan and surprisingly her bf was going to attend too. My blood pressure shot up on the spot because I was about to meet her bf! *so excited* LOL. Nola because her bf has been praising me non stop according to her even before we met. I looked like a dead person and damn pale after a sleepless night. I was thinking that my image will drop to the minimum level after we met. EW.

They came to pick me up from 1U. Not to let me waiting, they skipped movie and dinner and came to pick me straight from KTZ and dinner at Murni. Thanks my friend! :) And nice knowing you! :)

After that, we went to some place at SS2 for the celebration of Chu's birthday.

Happy Birthday to the Nov babies!

Me and Lai Kuen. Was forcing my eyes to open. @.@

A better 1 :) You looked cute la my dear :)

A final 1.

That's all for now. Once again, I am FREEEEEE :D
Good luck to those who are taking STPM and finals soon. May God bless you all.
Ciao.
